Over 1,000 assets available in real time. ## Core Concept BoursArena combines financial education with competitive gaming. Users receive virtual capital and trade real-time stocks, currencies, crypto, and commodities. Competitions pit traders against each other — whether friends in a private league or the global community in public tournaments. Maximize your portfolio performance over the competition duration. - **La Roulette (Events)** — Random market events (bear market, bull run, sector boom/crash, black swan...) generate price modifiers on all trades. Events last a few hours and affect all participants equally. - **All-In** — Restricted to 1 or 2 simultaneous positions. Forces concentrated, high-conviction bets. - **Reverse** — The lowest portfolio performance wins. Shorting logic inversion. - **Battle Royale** — Weekly eliminations: the worst-performing players are knocked out each week. Last player standing wins. ### Competition settings - **Public competitions** — Visible to all users, open to join, often featuring exclusive rewards and badges. Main BoursArena competitions appear with special brackets. - **Private competitions** — Created by users and shared via invite link. Ideal for competing with friends, classmates, or colleagues. - **Customizable settings** — Competition creators choose: starting capital (10K–100K), commission type and rate, tax rate on capital gains (0–50%), allowed markets, portfolio visibility (public or private), duration, and game mode. - **Live leaderboard** — Each competition has its own real-time ranking. A global ladder aggregates performance across all public **standard** competitions. ## Trading Users can place 5 types of orders: - **Market order** — Immediate execution at the current price - **Limit buy** — Triggers when the stock price drops to a specified level - **Limit sell** — Triggers when the stock price rises to a specified level - **Stop-loss** — Automatically sells a position if the price drops to a threshold, protecting against losses - **Stop-buy** — Buys when the price rises above a threshold, used for momentum strategies All trades include realistic commissions and optional capital gains tax.
